After working both in the public and private sector specializing in apprenticeships, vocational education and L&D, we decided to share our knowledge. Our latest project was taking a Ofsted grade 4  training provider and turning into a highly successful. highly profitable enterprise.  We rebuilt the company from the top down, diversified the educational offering, increased learner numbers and regained access onto the register of approved training providers. The re organisation allowed us to provide apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeship programmes in; Leadership and Management, Construction, ICT, Child Care, Hair and Beauty and Hospitality. The new apprenticeship levy has changed the education and training landscape in all sectors which has thrown the deliver of training in industry in to total flux.  We have the knowledge, skills and expertise to help organisations challenged by the massive changes. We are qualified teachers, assessors, verifiers and now end point assessors with many years experience in setting up and running commercial, industry based education and training enterprises.
